Please come without makeup and facial products on your eyes for any eyelash services. 2. No refunds on services provided or any sales or specials. However, I will fix your lashes within 48 hours of your appointment free, after that you will need to book a paid mini fill for touch ups before your regular fill if you desire 3. Please make cancellations 24 hours before your appointment, any last minute cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a fee of 50% of your service. 4. No-shows will be subject to the full price of the service scheduled. 5. If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment, your service will have to be modified but you will be charged for the full service amount. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service fee. 6. I respectfully reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, especially for not following above policies.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Policies:
I work hard to be accommodating, but sometimes it just isn’t possible. More than 15 minutes late constitutes as a no-show and will be charged 50% of the service cost as I cannot fulfill your service at that point.
New clients please arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment.
For your convenience, all appointments cancelled 24 hour prior will be free of charge. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost.
No-show appointments will result in a fee of 50% of the service cost.
Declined cards for any reason will be unable to re-book until all fees are paid in full.
I respect your time, and I kindly ask that you respect mine in return. When you no-show your appointment, I am unable to fill that space and consequently lose time and money.
