Cancellation Policy
I work hard to be accommodating, but sometimes it just isn’t possible. More than 15 minutes late constitutes as a no-show and will be charged 50% of the service cost as I cannot fulfill your service at that point. New clients please arrive 5 minutes prior to appointment. For your convenience, all appointment cancelled 24 hour prior will be free of charge. Less than 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost. Declined cards will be unable to re-book until fee is paid in full. I respect your time, and I kindly ask that you respect mine in return. When you no-show your appointment, I am unable to fill that space and consequently lose time and money.
